Hundereds of other libraries, integrated into the planet spanning city, existed. The planet was heavily populated by people from all over, most of whom worked as scientists, artists or writers. Technicians who controlled the planet's operations ran the government. Liotec was thought to be the physical incarnation of Crystal spires and Togas.
